VERNON, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Vernon Police arrest a man from town who allegedly exposed himself to a child.
Police say John Tobia, 55, of Vernon, allegedly flashed the child at the Spare Time Entertainment Bowling Alley and Entertainment Venue on Talcottville Road.
Tobia is charged with public indecency, risk of injury to a minor, and breach of peace.
Bond is $250,000.
