WALLINGFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Connecticut State Police identify the Waterford man killed in a Monday afternoon crash on I-91 in Wallingford.
Police say William Risley, 56, drove the 2023 Chevy 4500H truck he was driving into the back of a tractor-trailer for reasons unknown.
Risley was transported to New Britain Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
