Milford, Conn./WTIC Radio - The investigation continues into a street takeover in Milford early last Saturday morning.
Scores of vehicles gathered in the parking lot of a supermarket on Bridgeport Avenue.
It was one of a number of such incidents that took place in several towns, including many particpants who arrived from out of state.
In the Milford case, the unruly mob turned on a police officer dispatched to the scene, hurling fireworks in his direction and jumping on a police cruiser.
The officer was struck in the head by a thrown object and remains out of work.
Police have released additional video footage in addition to still photos from the incident and they want to hear from anyone that may have information on those who took part.
