NEW CANAAN, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - New Canaan Police and Metro North are working the scene of a train derailment at the Elm Street Train Station.
The train overshot the end of the tracks early Tuesday morning, going through a barrier and stopping a sidewalk at the Elm and Park Streets intersection.
Metro North says they have buses running to bring commuters to and from the train station in Stamford.
There is no word of injuries.
