West Haven, Conn. (WTIC Radio)-A New Haven man is in custody, wanted for a West Haven homicide last December, police said.
Police responded to a Platt Avenue residence December 16th. They discovered Carlos Gore Junior had been shot and succumbed to his injuries.
On April 27th, a judge signed an arrest warant for Paul Burruss, 52, of New Haven. The charges include Felony Murder, Home Invasion and Robbery offenses.
Police apprehended Burruss in Seymour, assisted by the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles, Connecticut State Police and Seymour Police.
Burruss' bond is $1,000,000.
