Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in Hartford have released additional details regarding a Tuesday night homicide.
They say just after 7:00, a ShotSpotter notification went out and they were dispatched to 638 Garden Street.
That's where they found Randi Gunn, 43, of Nelson Street with gunshot wounds.
He was pronounced dead at St. Francis Hospital.
Detectives identifed a suspect vehicle found ditched in Manchester and later arrested Arnold Marcus, 53, of Hartford.
He's charged with murder and criminal possession of a firearm.
Bond was set at $2 million.
It's the 11th homicide in the capital city this year.
