HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Hartford Police make an arrest in a homicide that happened last week.
Police are charging Xavier Soto, 34, of Vernon, with murder, criminal use of a firearm, risk of injury to a child, and first-degree reckless endangerment in connection with last Friday's shooting death of Miguel Alfinez, 38, of Hartford.
Alfinez was found shot in the 380 block of broadview terrance around 6:52 p.m.
Bond for Soto is $2-million.
