One wheel kept going when a school bus came to a stop in Rocky Hill, CT.
As captured on a home's doorbell camera, the wheel continued by itself down the street.
That left parents stunned. One, Jason Miller, tells Channel Three it's "unbelievable" and he'd be concerned if his kids were on the bus.
There were no injuries.
