(WWJ) There was lots of talk, plenty of disagreements and one viral moment when Vice President Mike Pence faced off against Democratic vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris in a debate Wednesday night.
The viral moment came when a fly landed on Pence's head and sat there for several minutes.
Some said the fly broke the internet. See the best Twitter reaction below.
Speaking live on WWJ from Salt Lake Ciry, the University of Michigan's debate director Aaron Kall gave Pence credit for maintaining focus and not getting distracted.
"The fact he didn't let it distract him or throw him off his game too much, maybe didn't know it was there, didn't pay much attention to it, it showed a lot of discipline, but it is getting a lot of coverage and attention," Kall said.
He said it's important for people to appreciate levity and have a laugh for a few minutes despite everything that's going on in the COVID pandemic.
