(WWJ) More Legionella has been found in two Oakland County buildings.

The county announced that it has detected two positive samples at the North Oakland Health Center(NOHC), and two at the county's Resource and Crisis Center (RCC).

These results are from routing water tests taken last Monday.

The county will now install filters on all fixtures the buildings and will begin flushing the water systems.

There are no known cases of Legionnaires’ disease associated with either facility, officials said.

"Safety remains the county’s priority," the county added in a news release, stressing that "exposure risk remains low."

This update comes after Legionella bacteria was detected in a sample taken from the Oakland County Circuit Court Tower.

Follow-up routine testing will be conducted after initial remediation. Because these results came from routine monitoring, not a disease investigation, the county is following established CDC guidelines for its routine testing program.

The county said it continues to maintain rigorous preventive practices across all county buildings, including routine system flushing and water temperature monitoring. Routine water sampling at the Oakland County Jail began Jan. 27, with results are expected within about two weeks.
