WARREN (WWJ) -- Felony charges have been filed and arrest warrants issued for three women accused of robbing Ulta Beauty locations across Metro Detroit -- getting away with around $150,000 worth of perfumes and fragrances over two months.

The string of thefts involving approximately 20 Ulta Beauty stores in Metro Detroit began in November and ended shortly before Christmas.

Store surveillance footage shows three Black female suspects entering Ulta Beauty outlets with their faces covered. They then filled hand baskets with expensive perfumes and fragrances, exited without paying and drove off.

Most of the robberies took place in under three minutes, but in that short time, the thieves were able to accumulate between $3,000 and $12,000 worth of merchandise from each store -- approximately $150,000 total.

On December 23, two of the suspects stole from an Ulta Beauty in Royal Oak.

Royal Oak Police -- along with Troy Police -- were finally able to identify all three women known to be involved in the robberies.

Shelby Township Police had also been looking into the crime ring, and the three departments coordinated to arrest the suspects:

-- 26-year-old Jasmine Deana Phillips of Wyoming, Michigan
-- 43-year-old Sarah Ann Judge of Grand Haven, Michigan
-- 28-year-old Tiara Martinique Judge of Grand Rapids, Michigan

The two women identified in the Royal Oak robbery were charged and are currently out on bond, while the third woman was not charged.

Warren Police have now identified the three suspects in footage from December 22, when $7,500 in merchandise was stolen.

On Friday, new arrest warrants were issued for the trio, and each woman will be charged with Retail Fraud - First Degree and Organized Retail Fraud.

Officers from multiple departments are working to locate the suspects and take them into custody.

As noted, the women all have ties to West Michigan, particularly the Grand Rapids area.

Anyone with information on the three suspects' locations should contact Warren Police Detective Michael Kohlruss at 586-574-4765.

"All three of these suspects have previous convictions for theft-based crimes," Warren Police Commissioner Bill Dwyer said in a press release. "I am confident that law enforcement, with the public’s help, will be able to arrest these suspects in the near future so that they will no longer be able to wreak havoc in the community.”

Dwyer also praised the efforts of the law enforcement agencies involved, including Royal Oak PD, Troy PD, Shelby Twp PD, Warren PD and the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.
