ROYAL OAK TWP. (WWJ) -- A 2-year-old boy who was taken from his Oakland County home has been located.
The child was found Tuesday around 7 a.m. and is currently going through a medical evaluation.
Michigan State Police said Legacee Moore's father took him "by force" from his mother's home on Glen Lodge Street in Royal Oak Township.
He was with his biological father, Glen Moore, who is currently in police custody.
Police say Moore, who was "highly intoxicated" got into a fight with the child's mother around 2:45 a.m. before grabbing the 2-year-old from his room.
Moore left the scene with the young boy and a 25-year-old male, who is also in police custody.
Detectives from the Special Investigation Section are currently investigating this incident.
