A gunman who shot and killed a man after a fight erupted at Basketball City Tuesday night in Roseville has been released from jail, police said.
Police say the man who fired the deadly shot had a proper concealed license permit. They haven't said anything beyond that.
The man opened fire when another man brandished a gun following a skirmish between himself and another player on the court. Police said shots were fired from both sides.
The man from the fight was hit, staggered outside, and died.
