DETROIT (WWJ) - Officials are hoping the public can help Detroit police find a missing 16-year-old girl who left her home Thursday night and never returned.
Alesha Paul-Leonard, 16, of Detroit disappeared Thursday, Sept. 8 after her family said she left her home in the 15700 block of Kentucky without permission and did not come back.
Alesha was last seen around 10 p.m. and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with pink and white writing with black shorts.
Authorities describe the teen as a Black female with brown eyes standing around 5' 9" tall and weighing 230 lbs. She was last seen wearing her hair in two red and black braids.
Police said she has no known identifying marks or tattoos.
