Michigan State Police arrested a man for the second time in three years for the same crime.
What was it? Shooting a gun into the woods behind his house.
Troopers responded to a call about shots fired in HIllsdale County and say they found the man "intoxicated and upset."
They say the man exited his home, began yelling, and then fired several rounds into the woods.
No injuries were reported.
During their investigation, troopers discovered they had arrested the same man for a similar crime back in 2018. He now faces charges of being intoxicated while in possession of a firearm and reckless discharge of a firearm.
