Mick Jagger poses in front of Detroit landmarks ahead of Rolling Stones' show at Ford Field [PHOTOS]

DETROIT (WWJ) -- If you think you’ve seen one of rock’s most iconic frontmen gallivanting around Detroit over the last 24 hours, you might be right!

Mick Jagger took to Twitter overnight to share a few photos of his sightseeing adventure in the Motor City ahead of the Rolling Stones’ show at Ford Field.

In the four shots, the singer can be seen posing with the Joe Louis fist, in front of the Stevie Wonder mural on the Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts, and outside of Ford Field, where the Stones will perform for tens of thousands of fans on Monday night.

Quoting the Stones’ song “She Was Hot” from the 1983 album “Undercover,” Jagger captioned the pics, “She was hot in the Detroit snow. She was hot she had no place to go.”

Jagger’s downtown Detroit photoshoot came the same day that guitarist Ronnie Wood toured the Motown Museum with members of the Stones’ band and crew.

The Rolling Stones’ stop at Ford Field is part of their No Filter tour, which was previously delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Drummer Steve Jordan will sit in for the late Charlie Watts, who passed away in August at the age of 80.

Detroit’s own Martha Reeves, who’s 1964 hit “Dancing in the Street” was covered by Mick Jagger and David Bowie in 1985, will also be appearing with the band during the show.
