SOUTHFIELD (WWJ) - Authorities say a 15-year-old Southfield girl who was reported missing earlier this week has been found safe.
The Southfield Police Department said Noelle Carroll was last seen as she was leaving for school around 6:45 a.m. Monday. She was found by a school resource officer in the hallway on Thursday morning.
She told the SRO she was unharmed and had gone missing voluntarily, as police officials suspected earlier in the week.
Authorities have not said why she went missing or where she was, but said her family has been notified.
