(WWJ) A crash on the Southfield Freeway in Detroit left one dead and another person fighting to survive.
Michigan State Police say two people were involved in a crash at McNichols around 11:15 p.m. Saturday, and got out of their cars, where they began arguing.
A third car hit them while they were standing on the side of the freeway.
One of them was killed. The other is in critical condition.
The driver was not injured.
The victims ages, and identities have not been released.
State Police said the driver of the third car is believed to be under the influence. An investigation is underway. The Prosecutor's Officers will decide if charges should be filed.
