(WWJ) Roseville Police are now investigating the death of a Roseville woman in a house fire as a homicide.
Investigators came to the conclusion following an autopsy on the victim, 39. Her home erupted in flames Monday morning at Leslie's Mobile Home Village on Gratiot and 10 Mile Road.
She was burned beyond recognition, according to police.
The suspect, 36, is in custody. Police say he and the victim knew each other, although no further details have been released on the nature of their relationship.
He is a resident of Westland and is being held at the Macomb County Jail with charges pending.
