(WWJ) Police are on the hunt for a man wanted for the murder of a child on Detroit's east side.
On October 28, at around 8:20 p.m., 7-year-old Reginae Williams was asleep on the couch of her home in the 3900 block of Bedford, near Outer Drive, when suspects in a dark colored vehicle drove by and fired shots into the house.
Williams, who was shot in the back of the head, died in the hospital.

Police said 19-year-old man was taken into custody on Monday, in the area of E. Hildale and Justine, in connection with the killing -- but investigators are still searching for a second suspect.
That suspect is identified as Christion Mitchell-Childress, described as a 22-year-old Black male.
Following Williams' death, Detroit Police James Craig described the little girl's killers as "a couple of cowards."
"There is no rhyme or reason (for the killing)," the chief told reporters. "A great family, nine children, a hardworking family… and why? We just don't know."
Anyone who has seen this wanted man or who knows of his whereabouts is asked to call the Detroit Police Department's Homicide Unit at 313-596-2260, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak Up (1-800-773-2587). As always, all calls to Crime Stoppers are 100% anonymous. Tipsters are not required to speak to police or to testify in court.
