ST. CLAIR SHORES (WWJ) -- Police in a Macomb County community are searching for a driver accused of hitting a young girl on a bicycle and fleeing the scene.
St. Clair Shores Police said it happened around at around 4 p.m. Tuesday, in the area of Masonic and Harper.
According to investigators, a young girl was riding her bike when a white sedan allegedly hit her, and immediately sped away from the area.
It's unclear how badly the child may have been hurt. Police are not releasing any details this time as to the girl's injuries.
