Police said they were called at about 6:30 p.m. Feb. 12 to Aldana's Mexican Bar, 2900 West Maple Road on reports of a woman who had come into the business, downed three alcoholic drinks, and left without paying her bill.

The owner confronted the subject outside the business but said she refused to come back inside to pay what she owed.

Officers arrived to check the area but could not locate the subject. She was later found to be at New China Restaurant located at 2805 West Maple Road in Troy when management called to advise a customer would not leave the premises.

The officers arrived to find her passed-out in the restaurant lobby. She was awakened and agreed to submit to a Preliminary Breath Test with a result of .19%. That's more than twice the .08 threshold for driving impaired.

Police said when the 33-year-old female from Waterford began to talk about
random topics that made no sense, including horns growing out of her head, medical personnel were summoned to the location. She was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment and was issued a Misdemeanor Citation for Defrauding and Innkeeper. 21-4050
