Talented but troubled free-agent wide receiver Antonio Brown may have delivered a blow to whatever chances he had of signing with the New Orleans Saints by posting a video to his Instagram in which he said the Saints were seeking publicity by having him come in for a work out.
"I appreciate Sean Payton and those guys for supporting me and bringing me out to work out but I think it was a publicity stunt for them," Brown said in the video, which was recorded by Bleacher Report and posted to their Twitter account.

— B/R Gridiron (@brgridiron) December 31, 2019This comes after Fox NFL insider Jay Glazer reported Brown, after being told not to show up to the workout with an entourage, showed up for his workout with an entourage in tow.

— mike freeman (@mikefreemanNFL) December 29, 2019Having won a franchise-record third consecutive division title, and tying a franchise-best mark at 13-3 for the season, it's hard to imagine just what publicity-seeking needs the Saints might have.
Brown was traded from Pittsburgh to the Oakland Raiders in the off-season, then released by Oakland after a tumultuos training camp that included his injuring his feet in a cryo-chamber and refusing to practice because he couldn't wear a helmet that is no longer approved by the NFL. He signed with the New England Patriots but only played in one game before New England released him after a woman accused him of multiple sexual assaults.
