The heat is on but less humidity for your Wednesday.
WWL-TV’s Meteorologist Dave Nussbaum says, “Today will be another hot day with less humid air as an upper-level area of high pressure sits over us and an upper-level low is parked over the Carolinas. These systems are bringing northerly dry winds over us. We will stay dry over land areas, but a stray shower is still possible along the coast. High temperatures will be in the lower 90s. Tonight will be mostly clear and a little muggy. Lows north in the 60s and south in the 70s.”
