Hoping to roll without rain tonight, the Uptown parades will now begin at 7 o'clock
The Uptown New Orleans parades scheduled for this evening are Babylon and Muses. The city says Chaos has canceled.
They had been scheduled to roll a half hour earlier than originally planned. But parade organizers now feel a later start offers a better chance of staying out of the inclement weather.
