There are 485 new cases of coronavirus recorded today in Louisiana and 34 more deaths reported.
The Louisiana Department of Health now says there are 4,025 positive test results and 185 COVID-19 deaths.
The virus has now been confirmed in all but five parishes in the state.

Today's larger increases come after Sunday saw a drop in both new deaths and positive cases. From Saturday to Sunday there were 14 more deaths recorded and 225 new cases. Today increases in both more than doubled.
