A day after reporting just 12 deaths, the lowest since March, Louisiana today recorded 15 more deaths from Sunday to Monday.
Health officials today also reported 277 new cases in the state.
There are now 34,709 cases and 2,440 deaths in Louisiana.
The number of people hospitalized with coronavirus is up 12 over 24 hours.
Officials also reported the presumed recovered number in the state is now up to 26,249.
