LSU announced today that it will begin online classes only starting March 30, in an effort to increase "social distance" among students and slow the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus.
The school is cancelling classes the week of March 16. LSU's spring break is the week of March 23.
LSU joins institutions such as UNO, Loyola, and Tulane, which all made the decision to cancel face-to-face classes.
