With a tropical storm expected, the city of New Orleans waived parking restrictions to allow residents move their vehicles to neutral grounds and sidewalks in an effort to avoid potential street flooding ruining their cars' floorboards or worse. But one driver put a vehicle in the neutral ground that's only susceptible to the worst floods:

"The neutral grounds are not for 18-wheelers," New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell said during a news conference Monday. "Please don’t take advantage of the resources we have in our community. Our green space in our city is an asset."
According to city officials, the driver of the cab was located and asked to move it.
