Police say in the warrant that the student was 15 years old, and the sex is alleged to have happened in 2019. Silva allegedly picked up the child at his home and brought him to her house for sex on multiple occasions.
Police Chief David McDavid says the student's phone provided extensive evidence.
"What we saw on these videos, pictures, chats and messages was disturbing - was disturbing - to see this," the chief told reporters.
