Street flooding in New Orleans caused by what was Tropical Storm Olga has ended.
The city says parking restrictions on neutral grounds and sidewalks went back into effect at 12pm.
Owners are asked to move vehicles carefully and slowly so you don't make tracks in the ground.
Vehicles left on sidewalks or neutral grounds this afternoon will be subject to ticketing.
