A lover of horses got a marriage proposal of a lifetime at the Horses, Hops & Cops event yesterday in City Park.
The NOPD helped set up the proposal during a VIP tour of the police horse stables. When she got up close to pet Ace the "Dancing Horse", she found a sign around his neck that read, "Kylie would you marry me". She said yes.
