Jefferson Parish Sheriff Joseph Lopinto says his office is investigating a murder that occurred early Saturday morning in the 2800 block of Mt. Kennedy Drive in Marrero.
At about 1:50am, deputies were dispatched to investigate a report of gunshots in the area. They arrived to find the unidentified victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on scene.
