A video posted to Facebook shows a Baton Rouge police officer with his knee on the neck of a suspect after a traffic stop.
WWL-TV reports an investigation is underway, according to Baton Rouge Police Chief Murphy Paul.
The post accompanying the video says police pulled over 17-year-old Dillon Cannon for a traffic violation. It says Cannon drove to a more-populated area before stopping for the officers.
Chief Murphy is set to meet with the teenager's family today.
