He’s the second running back in the Class of 2027 for LSU. The other is three-star prospect Brennen Lacey out of Frisco, Texas.
LSU is also looking to sign Trey Martin from Franklin Parish. Martin is the best running back in Louisiana for the upcoming recruiting class. Martin is reportedly leaning towards the Tigers.
The Tigers are now up to 11 commitments for the Class of 2027.
LSU also picked up a couple of verbal pledges from offensive linemen this week.
Four-star Terrence Smith from Lansdale, Pennsylvania, chose LSU over Auburn and Tennessee. He’s six-foot-seven, 290 pounds, and 247Sports ranks him as the fifth-best offensive tackle in the country.
Hawaii native Amaziah Siale was a Cal commitment, but decommitted from the Golden Bears and now plans to play for the Fighting Tigers. Siale is six-foot-six and 350 pounds and did not play in his junior season at high school because of transfer-eligibility rules. He has moved to California.
