LSU eliminated from NCAA Tournament after 86-78 loss to Michigan

Despite a hot start, LSU was unable to come away with a victory and was eliminated from the NCAA Tournament in an 86-78 loss to top-seeded Michigan.

LSU was led in scoring by freshman Cam Thomas who scored 30 and Javonte Smart added 27 but the Tigers were out-rebounded by the Wolverines, 37-29.

Michigan had four players reach double figures including Chaundee Brown who scored 21 off the bench.
