Saints initial Week 15 injury report: Taysom Hill and Rashid Shaheed return

The New Orleans Saints appear to have a few key players trending in the right direction for Week 15.

Both WR Rashid Shaheed and QB Taysom Hill returned to practice in a limited capacity on Wednesday after missing the game against the Panthers, and Shaheed said he expects to be a full go against the Giants.

It's not all good news, however, with WR Chris Olave dealing with an ankle injury. The star WR battled the flu last week and had his snap count limited, but finished the game with no apparent issue and it's unclear when the injury occurred.

See the full, initial Saints injury report for Week 15 below.

The Saints are still without rookies Isaiah Foskey and Kendre Miller, both of whom were initially injured in Week 9 and haven't yet been able to move past those issues. Foskey returned to play against the Lions but reaggravated his quad injury and has not practiced since.

Tackle Andrus Peat also missed practice with an illness, though head coach Dennis Allen indicated it was not expected to be a major issue. Quarterback Derek Carr was also a full participant and did not appear on the injury report after working back from a concussion, shoulder and rib injuries last week.

On the Giants' side of the equation there were several players listed as limited, including star defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence, but not players who would've been held out of practice. The Giants played on Monday, so they did hold an official practice. Injury status was estimated.
