The Louisiana Department of Health reports in their noon update on Thursday, 4,526 new COVID-19 cases along with 47 new deaths.
That puts the state’s total new cases at 338,054 and 7,728 total deaths. Two hundred and 19 patients are on ventilators and 2,033 in total are in the hospital.
When it comes to COVID-19 tests 37,942 were conducted since yesterday’s update, making a total of more than 4.5 million tests across the state.
