New Orleans Police are investigating a deadly quadruple shooting Thursday afternoon.
Police say shortly after noon today, four people were shot at the intersection of Iberville and Royal streets.
Three men and a woman were hit by the gunfire. One man died.
New Orleans Police Superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick said masked gunmen pulled up in a vehicle and began shooting.
Kirkpatrick says they found the vehicle and arrested one person, initially considered a "person of interest" in the investigation, but by Thursday evening, booked as a suspect in the case. The chief said they have also executed a search warrant, and have identified at least one other shooter out of three total.

"We do know who your are, and so we are asking you to come on in," said Kirkpatrick. "Turn yourself in."
Police say anyone who has information should call NOPD Homicide at (504) 658-5300, or Crimestoppers at (504) 822-1111 or toll free at (877) 903-7867 (STOP).
A later news release said, "Nicholas Miorana, who was detained on scene with the suspect vehicle and subsequently arrested, was found to be wearing an ankle monitor during the commission of the offense. Daniel Miorana and Adams remain at large."
Callers to Crimestoppers do not have to leave their names and may be eligible for a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest and indictment.
