Super Bowl LIX is two days away, but today is the 15th anniversary of an even better Super Bowl -- the anniversary of the Saints winning Super Bowl XLIV in Miami!

"Get ready to party with the Lombardi, New Orleans!" said Voice of the Saints Jim Henderson on the broadcast. "The Miracle in Miami has happened! The Saints have won the Super Bowl!"

The 31-17 win was the capstone of a season that began an unprecedented 13-0 for New Orleans. But the Super Bowl itself did not get off to nearly as fast a start.

The Saints found themselves behind 10-0 in the first half, before a couple field goals brought them to within four points.

Then, the Saints opened the second half with a play now known in Who Dat lore as "Ambush." The onsides kick caught the Indianapolis Colts by surprise, and the Saints recovered, setting up their first Super Bowl touchdown.

And after a couple of lead changes in the second half, with the Saints now up by seven late in the fourth quarter, cornerback Tracy Porter anticipated Peyton Manning's hot route when the Saints defense brought pressure, and took it 76 yards into the end zone, sealing the Black & Gold's destiny.
