The New Orleans Police Department has arrested two suspects and is currently searching for a third in the murder of a store owner that happened New Year's Eve.
Police are asking people to be on the lookout for 25-year-old Anjanau "Henny" Davis.
In custody are 24-year-old Nathanial K. Carpenter and 27-year-old Adrian Harris.
According to police, all three committed armed robbery at the Viet My Supermarket on Alcee Fortier Blvd. in New Orleans East around 6 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2024.
During the robbery, 65-year-old Thanh Vu was fatally shot.
Investigators were able to identify the three suspects. They learned that Carpenter and Harris had already been arrested on unrelated charges, and re-booked them accordingly.
