Alvin Kamara has a trial date of March 1 in his assault and battery trial in Las Vegas.

Kamara is facing a felony charge of battery resulting in bodily harm stemming from a confrontation in Las Vegas during Pro-Bowl Weekend.


The Saints’ running back and three others are accused of assaulting a man outside a Las Vegas nightclub.

Alleged victim Darnell Greene, Jr. is also seeking $10-million in damages from Kamara in lawsuit filed last month in Orleans Civil District Court.

The suit says Kamara punched him numerous times in the face.

He also stated he was kicked and punched by multiple people a number of people before falling to the ground.

Greene maintains he was also kicked and punched while on the ground.

A police report says Greene was stomped on 23 times and punched nine times.

According to the Times-Picayune/New Orleans Advocate, Greene suffered a fractured bone in his eye socket.

He also claims he suffered injuries to his neck, back, shoulder and knees.
