New Orleans Police report deadly gunfire overnight.
"At about 3:30 a.m., NOPD Seventh District officers responded to a call," according to a news release. "Upon arrival, officers located an adult male, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was declared deceased on scene."
Authorities say it happened at the intersection of Banks and South Broad Streets
The victim is an adult male.
"Investigators are currently in the process of gathering evidence and information."
