Jefferson Parish officials want to notify Avondale residents that a film production company will be filming in the area.
The filming will happen Friday, May 6, Leverage 2.0 Television Productions, Inc. will be filming scenes for an upcoming TV series in Avondale on Lapalco Boulevard which will be closed from Segnette Boulevard to TPC Louisiana between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
All filming is being done with the knowledge and cooperation of the Office of Film Jefferson. On the day of filming, the production company’s crew parking and base camp will be situated in private lots to minimize the impact on residents and businesses in the area. All driveways and handicap zones will be respected.
