If you’ve been waiting for Hubig’s Coconut Pies to return to store shelves, you’re wait will end this week.
According to Hubig’s, the brand’s coconut pies will be back in local stores starting on Wednesday. If you can’t wait until Wednesday, you can order the pies now online.
The Hubig’s coconut pies have not been sold since a fire destroyed the company’s Dauphine Street plant in 2012. Hubig’s resumed pie production last year. Currently, the company’s apple, chocolate, lemon, and peach pies are sold in New Orleans-area stores.
