A casino-goer in Louisiana is under arrest after allegedly shooting intrusive video of a woman without her consent.
Natchitoches native John T. Metoyer, 56, was taken into custody Monday by the Louisiana Department of Public Safety (DPS) for an incident that occurred in the early hours of Saturday, October 1.
Metoyer allegedly approached a woman around 1:40 a.m. at the roulette table at L’Auberge Casino and covertly maneuvered his cell phone to take video under her skirt.
When the woman left the table, Metoyer proceeded to follow her and attempted to take more nonconsensual videos and pictures with his cell phone, according to DPS.
L’Auberge Security detained Metoyer but not before he took several pictures and videos of the unidentified woman.
Metoyer was charged with video voyeurism. He has been booked into East Baton Rouge Prison.
