New Orleans Police announced Tuesday that officers arrested a Slidell man on illegal dumping charges.
Cops say 26-year-old Richard Bulot dumped trash at the I-10 / Michoud exit.
That area has been hit with a lot of illegal dumping lately. NOPD on Monday said they arrested a Harvey man for illegal dumping in that area, and over the weekend announced they had arrested a different Slidell man for dumping tires near Michoud and I-10.
