One person is dead in the second shooting of the day in the city of New Orleans.
According to a New Orleans Police Department spokesperson, that shooting happened around 7:15 p.m. on Pauger Street at Villere Street in the Seventh Ward. The NOPD spokesperson says responding officers found the victim dead at the scene
