New Orleans cops say an online shoe-sale led to an armed robbery.
According to police, the victim had offered a pair of shoes for sale via an online platform. When meeting with a would-be buyer, the man and an accomplice drew guns and stole the shoes.
Police say the victim recognized one perpetrator as a former classmate.
It happened in the St. Roch neighborhood at N. Miro and Spain streets.
