Two men are now in custody in connection with a Wednesday homicide in the Central Business District.
Aaron Brown, 35, and Mason Rucker, 31, are both facing manslaughter charges in connection with the case.
According to an NOPD spokesperson, the victim was reportedly involved in a fight with several people. A Tulane Police Department officer found the victim near the corner of Gravier Street and Loyola Avenue around 7:40 a.m. Wednesday, and called for emergency crews, who pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
The Orleans Parish Coroner's Office will conduct an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
